Just added: White metal plates to the Mighty Badge reusable name tag product line. You can now select up to three different colors for the Mighty Badge product: white, silver or gold.

The new white plate also helps to bypass the inability to reproduce the color white on the dye-sublimation process for a preprinted logo. While we still can’t print the white on your logo, with a white metal plate, any portion of your logo that contains white will appear in the color of the white back plate.

Laser engraved on a clear or black acrylic block, the Modern Acrylic Plates can front or back engraved, with each method producing a different look. If engraved from the front of the block, the end result produces a solid looking name plate block; if engraved from the back, the reflections and refractions create a crystal-like appearance.

While the Acrylic Plates make for great upscale, quality name plates, they are also great corporate and individual gifts that can easily be customized and personalized with a message.

The process of renovating the website continues with the revision of the non-printed lanyards

The lanyards section is by far, the most time-consuming and difficult product line to rework, simply due to the large number of products and the vast number of options and add-ons. We’ll continue to revise each subsection of the lanyards line and will release each completed section individually, instead of waiting to release all of the pages at once.

We are hoping the new pages will make it easier to navigate through the various materials and will simplify the ordering process.

The reusable Mighty Badges now come with the option to add a preprinted logo. While you can still print your company’s logo onto each individual insert, a preprinted logo offers more flexibility and richer colors than most printers can produce. The preprinted logo also saves you time and effort, since you no longer have to worry about adding a logo to each insert.

The dye sublimated process used to print the logo allows for gradient printing, thereby allowing you to print a photo or a combination of colors. This process, however, does not allow for the printing of the color white – any areas of the plate that are not sublimated will remain the default color of the metal plate.

The cost to print your logo, per badge, is $0.80 as well as a $60.00 setup charge. These costs however don’t change, regardless of the number of colors present in the logo. Production time is 5 days after your proof has been approved.
