When I tell people that I am the social media director here at Name Tag, Inc., people generally ask, “What does that mean? Do you just play around on Facebook all day?” The answer, of course, is a resounding YES! But seriously, my favorite part of the job is that I’m able to get to know many of our great customers. Today I’m going to introduce you to one of those such people.
Tom Landis had been purchasing magnetic fasteners from us for a while and, and I emailed him, curious about what he was doing with just magnetic fasteners. He explained to me that he makes wood name tags for his scout troop and their leaders, and he used the magnetic fasteners to secure them.
It was impressive to hear how excited he was about using our products. We were also glad to be able to contribute an additional 100 magnetic fasteners for his scout troop. Tod is very passionate about what he does and even offered to send us some personalized samples of his wood name tags.
If that wasn’t enough, he also emailed me lyrics to a song he and his troop wrote, that he wanted me to include within this article. Here it is:
