The Windham-Pelham High School hockey team, in its first varsity season of NH High School hockey, opened its new locker room to parents and friends recently. The locker room at The Icenter in Salem, NH, was made possible by donations from individuals and businesses, including Name Tag,, Inc.

Head Coach Doug Watson and his staff welcomed about 50 people into the completely renovated space, showing off the players’ individual lockers, topped off by nameplates generously donated by Name Tag, Inc. Also included are a separate coaches’ room, a team meeting area equipped with video capabilities for game review, and training equipment. The room features artwork by the high school’s Art Club, including a large rendition of the team’s “Wolf Pack” Logo. The people and businesses that helped bring the room to fruition are acknowledged with a plaque mounted next to the logo.

“We’re happy because it came out the way we wanted,” Coach Watson said the group, made up of parents, friends and business representatives. A surprise guest was NHL Hall of Fame sportswriter Russ Conway.  It was a fun night, and parents and friends got an inside look at an area that is typically off–limits to all but players and coaches.

The team has opened its season with a 3 -1 record.   We are looking forward to a successful year, and will enjoy our new home for years to come. On behalf of the team, coaches and supporters, I would like to thank Name Tag Inc. for your generosity in helping out. An open invitation to any of you who may happen to be in New Hampshire: please stop by to say hello!

All the best,
Neil O’Connell

Windham NH – The newly formed Windham-Pelham High Hockey team, known as the WolfPack, is about to begin its second-ever season and its first as a Varsity sport.  The team received a generous donation from Name Tag Inc as it works to complete its new locker room at Salem Ice Center.

Faced with the task of completely refurbishing the newly-acquired space, Head Coach Doug Watson and his staff embarked on a donations search, asking help from several local area businesses.  Name Tag Inc was suggested to Doug as a possible donor, and even though they are not located in New Hampshire, they responded to our call with a donation of 32 name-plate holders.  The holders will be installed above the individual lockers being built in the room, bringing a personal touch to the players’ spaces.

On behalf of Coach Watson and all the players and parents associated with WolfPack hockey, I’d like to thank Name Tag Inc for their commitment to helping organizations such as ours.  The name plates will look great once installed over the lockers.  I’ll forward some pics in a later post.

Best regards,

Neil
