Name Tag Experience

First off let me tell you a bit about what our organization is…  We are a team of our local citizens and sports enthusiasts that  have organized an All Sports Booster Club in order to help reinstate our sports programs at our local high school. Due to budgetary constraints this year, we were forced to eliminate our JV programs and a few of our Varsity programs from our sports budget. Since that’s the case and since we have several concerned citizens in our community about the overall health of our children and the pride that they take in our athletic programs, we set up an All Sports Booster Club to help raise funds to put these sports back into action. We have been hosting events for months now to reach our goal of reinstating all of our sports programs. We have been successful so far as to get our fall sports back up and running, but we are still working on our winter and spring sports. In our efforts we have established and hosted events such as pancake breakfast, spaghetti dinners, a fun festival, and some charity basketball games.

Our club is hosting an event this October 28, 2011. It’s called Zumba Monster Mash… where costumes are not necessary but definitely encouraged. We have this event open to the entire public.. adults and children. We have four instructors in our area that are willing to donate their time to instruct zumba and zumbatomic which is geared towards the children. We want to not only fund raise for our cause, but to inspire good health in our adults and children of our community. With obesity on the rise, why not start out with teaching them something fun and giving them an outlet to sweat those pounds off without really knowing they are working out at all.

With that being said, I contacted Name Tag, Inc. to help in our efforts by sponsoring our event and making a donation.  With help from Name Tag, Inc. we are hoping our event will be even more inspirational and worthwhile.
