Constructed out of the same materials as our Classic Name Tags, both the Logo Only Classic Name Badges and Blank Name Tags make for excellent reusable tags.

For organizations with high turnover rates, a Logo Only Name Badge is the ideal solution for a traditional name tag look with the versatility to be reused. By having your logo pre-engraved or pre-printed on the badge, you can reuse a previously occupied badge by swapping the name label or by erasing and rewriting a new name with a permanent marker.

Companies with tighter budgets or those with their own printing/engraving machines can save time and money by choosing our Blank Name Tags. Available in both Plastic and Metal, these pre-cut blanks are highly affordable and flexible.

Either way, you’ll have a properly branded reusable name tag — one that you can quickly change in-house, without needing to spend additional time and money to reorder a new badge.

We’ve recently restructured our classification of Reusable Name Badges – instead of having our Vinyl Name Badges as their own separate product line, called “Name Badges”, these badges have been merged with the rest of the Reusable Badges. We initially separated them from our Reusable Badges due to their unique material type and production process. The new reclassification means that the Reusable Badges now include: the Mighty Badges®, Window Badges, Vinyl Badges and Blank Classic Name Badges (logo only).

Introducing shortened production times and four hour proof times; now available as the standard options on all of our styles of Classic Name Tags.

We’ve reduced the production times on all of our Classic Name Tags — next day production is now standard.

In addition to the reduction of the standard production time, we’ve lowered the standard proof time from two business days to four business hours. The revamped proof times are now standard and free of charge.

We realize that your workday is busy and filled with plenty of other pressing priorities, which is why we want to make the name tag ordering process as simple and hassle-free as possible. With our faster production and proof times, you’ll receive your proof within 4 business hours to make any necessary changes.

Simply provide acceptable artwork and a properly formatted list of names with your order and approve the provided proof by 5:30 Mountain Time for next day production. If you don’t have acceptable/vectorized artwork we can convert or clean your artwork for a one-time $30.00 conversion charge — please note, this process requires an additional 24 hours, in addition to the standard 4 hours for a proof.

*Hot-Stamped Name Tags will require an additional 2 business days for the creation of the metal die — next day production will begin once your logo die has been created. Next day production is the standard option for orders of less than 100 name tags — larger quantities may require additional production time.
