The 3 x 4 inch paper inserts that the SFDDA uses!

Dentists continue their education throughout their careers to better serve their patients. But just like everyone else, those dentists need a little help now and again, so let’s spotlight one of those helpers!

The South Florida District Dental Association, one of Name Tag, Inc.’s customers, agreed to be recognized. Executive Director, Yolanda Marrero, was kind to share her experiences with me.

So, are you wondering what the South Florida District Dental Association (SFDDA) is? It sure is a mouthful!

“We are a component of the American and Florida Dental Associations. We are a professional organization serving dentists in the South Florida area,” Marrero said.

Out of the many products we offer, the association ordered our 3 x 4 inch paper inserts. These inserts are generally used to be placed inside badge holders, but the SFDDA used them in unique ways.

“When we restructured our meetings a few years ago, we had to devise a way to differentiate who was registered for what course. The colored [paper inserts were] perfect. It was easy for the room monitors to direct attendees to where they needed to be. We now use [them] to create tickets for various lectures. We’ve used the paper to make parking vouchers.”

And like so many of our customers, the association is very pleased with our products.

“We love the versatility of the many uses and that it’s perforated for us.”

Marrero says that the SFDDA will continue to choose us in the future for their personal identification needs.

So you see? We all (including dentists) need a helping hand here and there, and that is just what this association does.
