The winning Adhesive Name Badge from our Facebook poll!

We sure have one lucky customer here at Name Tag, Inc.!

Earlier this summer, we donated ribbons to the John A. Moran Eye Center. I worked with Diana Ramirez, an ophthalmic technician at the center, for that donation. But that’s not it! Ramirez is also the winner of our recent contest to win free Adhesive Name Badges. All anyone had to do was go to our Facebook poll and let us know which of four possible Adhesive Name Badges we should choose to offer at Name Tag, Inc. Well, Ramirez did just that, and I recently asked her a few questions on her prize of 80 Adhesive Name Badges.

Q: How do you feel about not only receiving a donation from us earlier this summer, but also being the winner of one of our contests?

A: I was very happy to win the contest! I was so excited especially since I had already received the ribbons. Winning is always fun and even better when it’s something that’s going to be beneficial. Double score!!

Q: Why did you enter our contest to win the Adhesive Name Badges?

A: I was just interested in the labels at first and then thought it would be neat to have them made off my opinion.

Q: How do you plan on using them?

A: I plan on using them with one of my fundraising events. I am still trying to help the Foundation for Fighting Blindness so winning these just helps me help them that much more!!

Q: What’s the latest with the John A. Moran Eye Center?

A: There are so many things happening at the Moran Eye Center, I don’t know where to start. So much research going on. I am confident that there will be new meds and treatments for macular degeneration and other diseases really soon. We have so many great doctors and people working at the Moran who are all focused on the same thing-giving hope to people with blinding eye diseases and giving them the best care possible. I love it there. I really do.

Q: You must feel pretty lucky! Do you plan to enter any more contests we will hold in the future?

A: I’m planning on entering as many contests as possible. You can’t win if you don’t enter!

Q: Any other comments?

A: I just want to say thank you for all your help with my fundraising. It means a lot that Name Tag, Inc. is interested in what’s happening in health care and our own community. Helping people can become contagious and I am glad you caught it.
